Appetizer for Two

Miso Seared Tuna
Marinated ahi tuna, coated in sesame seeds and pan seared, sliced thin and served with wasabi crème fraiche and pickled ginger

Salad for Two
Spinach Salad
A bed of fresh spinach with hearts of palm, dried cranberries, red onions, orange segments and a heart shaped fried goat cheese medallion. Served with a Champagne citrus vinaigrette.

Pan seared scallops and jumbo prawns tossed with penne pasta in a brie cream sauce with applewood smoked bacon, mushrooms and roasted roma tomatoes.(this entrée does not come with sides)

chocolate swirl shell paired with a Apple and Walnut stuffed puff pastry with a gorgonzola crème topping.
