Thank you for considering us for your special day! Our focus is to provide the highest quality food and service. As a chef-driven caterer, we pride ourselves on creating personalized menus for our clients that use fresh, scratch-made ingredients from local vendors.

Event Services

Bar Services

Pine Valley Market is fully licensed to provide and serve alcohol at all Wilmington event venues that allow offsite alcohol. We offer full-service bartending services, bar staff, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please inquire about our hosted bar packages, consumption bars, and signature drinks.

Serving Staff

We have a great team of trained staff to serve you on your special day. Full-service attendants start at $200 for six hours of service. The six hours include 2 hours of setup, 3 hours of event service and 1 hour for clean-up. Staffing past 6 hours will be billed at $25.00 per hour per staff member. Final number of staff onsite will be determined based upon the final head count, venue, timeline, and set up needs. Staffing is not included in the per person food costs, and will be listed separately on the proposal.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

We can customize any menu to fit your or your guest’s dietary restrictions. We are able to prepare individual meals with proper notice or integrate restrictions and dietary needs into the initial menu planning.

Tastings

A tasting can be scheduled once preliminary menu planning has begun. This process is different for each client and serves different purposes. We can help you make the most of your tasting, whether making menu decisions or fine-tuning flavor profiles. Tastings are $175.00 and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional guests may be added with advance notice for $25 per person.

Rentals

Your rental needs will be dependent upon your venue and preferences. We do not provide plates, forks, glasses, silverware, etc., in our proposals. These items can be sourced from one of several local companies or through your planner. Some venues will require the rental of prep tables and/or tents for staging. We are able to arrange rentals for you if needed.

Stations may be accompanied by water crackers, house-made crostini, grilled ciabatta bread, fresh-fried flour or corn tortilla chips, bread sticks and/or pita.

Fresh Fruit

Locally sourced fresh fruit, when available. Typically includes pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, kiwi, melons, blackberries, and blueberries

Crudité

Choice of house-made roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber-feta cheese dip, BLT dip, or ranch dip, accompanied by fresh vegetables including carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, grape tomatoes, and red bell peppers

Deluxe Cheese

Choice of PVM signature savory cheesecake: mango cheddar or fig & blue cheese, sliced domestic cheeses, fresh fruit garnish

Artisanal Cheese

Selection of soft, semi-soft, and hard cheeses, fig preserves, almond & fig cake, grapes, berries, dried fruits, Pâté, cornichons
