Our butcher is always available to answer questions and assist you with meat needs. Our staff is trained to help you choose the right cut of meat for your meal as well as selecting the appropriate quantities. We are here to help in any way we can. If we don’t have it, we’ll do our best to get it.


We are proud to be the only family owned retailer offering Certified Angus Beef, aged in house to ensure optimum flavor and tenderness.  There simply is not a steak on town that compares!  The name angus can be misleading and often confusing to most consumers, but one taste and you will understand the commitment.  The Certified Angus Beef Brand provides only the top 8% of all 100% black angus cattle.  We are comitted to doing our best to offer you the freshest and highest quality meats we can find.  


We stock a limited variety of veal products that are available on a daily basis. Thick cut veal rib chops, individual portions of veal cutlets are always on hand.  There is also a wider selection available that we are happy to order for you with advanced notice and depending on availability.

Many of our veal products are produced by Provimi, one of the nations leading producers of veal.


We are happy to offer he finest REAL chicken breasts that we clean in-house.. Never frozen and deliverd multiple times a week you will taste the freshness.

These cuts are stocked regularly but others are availalbe upon request and through special order.


Free Range poultry products are availablie upon request and may depend on availability.  Please call for current information and pricing.

We also affer fresh free range turkeys in November for Thanksgiving. Turkeys must be reserved in advance and orders are taken beginning in mid October
